OUR VISION
Our farm is dedicated to sustainability. We strive to create a healthy environment within the natural ecosystems surrounding us. The large collection of bamboo is utilized for furniture, construction and animal feed as a highly renewable resource. Tropical fruit crops including plantain, cocoa and cassava are consumed year round. Jackfruit, avocado, and citrus orchards are planted for country wide distribution. A variety of vegetables are raised in the organic garden and enjoyed with every meal. Spanish Creek Rainforest surrounds the farm as the 1900 acre reserve, protecting thousands of species. We work cooperatively with local villages to provide jobs, nutrition, and education.
